Booking and payment
- Booking prices are listed in the rates tab at
. They are confirmed to the customer in Euros, including
taxes.
- In order to proceed with your reservation, we ask you

And,
because you’re not a room number and we prefer
human relations, a brief message explaining the context of your visit.
- The tenant must inform La Maison Indigo of the number
of people concerned by the reservation, including babies under
2 years (even if their stay is free).
- IMPORTANT: Only the persons indicated
in the same reservation may enter the accommodation, unless
approved in advance by La Maison Indigo.
- Pets are welcome at La Maison
Indigo only under the supervision of their owners.
Pets must be notified when booking your stay.
- Included in the price tourist tax,
charges (water-electricity-heating) and household linen (sheets,
towels, tea towels).
- If you would like to take advantage of the
parking option (€12/24h) and to make sure it is available, we strongly recommend
that you request it at the time of booking.
- Your reservation will only be guaranteed upon receipt of
payment:
– a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay for
bookings made more than 14 days before the 1st day of your stay (the balance must be paid
no later than 14 days before your stay)
– full payment for bookings made less than
14 days before the 1st day of rental
- Payment must be made in Euros by Paypal, Wero, cash or bank transfer (details on request).
Any bank charges or exchange fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The booking will be confirmed by e-mail with
details of the cost, our contact details, the outstanding balance and
arrival and departure instructions.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund for cancellations made
up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date
.
(For your convenience, in the event of re-rental on the cancelled dates, we may be able to compensate you for part of your cashed payment without requiring anything from you).
- All requests for cancellations or modifications must be made
by e-mail. Cancellations or modifications by
will not be accepted.
- Any change of dates will be considered as a
new booking and will be subject to standard
cancellation procedures.
- In the event of interruption of the stay, early departure or
no-show, no refund can be requested from La
Maison Indigo.
Your stay at La Maison Indigo
Our little building is a family affair, where we live together peacefully (and happily!), with trust and respect for each other. You are welcome to join us!
- Staying most of the time in the ground floor of La Maison
Indigo, I’ll listen to your needs to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and I’ll be happy to advise you (by welcoming you on your arrival or by phone if you’re away), but I’ll also respect your desire for total privacy.
- Your accommodation will be made available to you from
4pm and must be vacated, with keys left inside, by 11am at the latest.
- In order to organize your arrival, we kindly ask you to
inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible. Once we have been informed, if
we should be absent at the scheduled time, we will give you full instructions for independent entry via a secure
box.
- For your comfort and freedom, we offer
the possibility of leaving your luggage in the entrance hall outside these times. Please let us know as soon as possible so that
we can arrange a suitable means of access.
Cleaning
On arrival, you will find your accommodation clean and in good condition, with beds made up.
Please notify us immediately of any shortcomings or malfunctions.
To keep our prices reasonable, we do not charge for room cleaning.
We thank you for respecting the premises and returning them tidy, in a good state of occupation and cleanliness (dishes, bathroom, hair, pet hair … cleaned). Failing this, we reserve the right to charge you a supplement.
The rules of La Maison Indigo
- We ask you not to smoke, either in the
communal areas or in your accommodation (even at the window!).
In general, it is strictly forbidden to light fires, candles, incense etc…
You are of course welcome to smoke in the street, but we ask you not to sit on the steps of La Maison Indigo, and to pick up your cigarette butts at
and dispose of them in a garbage can after checking that they have been extinguished.
- For the respect of the occupants of La Maison Indigo, we
ask you to be quiet and discreet. Please limit
the noise of slamming doors, footsteps, voices… especially between 10 pm and 9 am.
- Access to the shared kitchen is authorized from 9am to 10pm for reasons of noise (voices, microwaves…).
- Parties and events are strictly forbidden.
Taking care of the planet and our health is a priority at La Maison Indigo!
- Our quality bedding is made by a small
local company.
- We try to reduce waste as much as possible by offering shampoo and shower gel in glass containers.
- We sort our waste, and in the kitchen you’ll find bins for household waste / compost / recyclable waste (plastic, paper, cardboard…).
- In order to remain eco-responsible, please follow these simple rules

- Turn off lights and fans when leaving
, reduce heating and close windows if heating is on.
- Limit the length of showers, turn off the water while brushing your teeth
…
- Use toilet paper sensibly
Responsibility
La Maison Indigo accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
La Maison Indigo will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the accommodation or common areas as a result of the tenant’s use. In the event of a problem, the customer will have to pay for the damage or incur civil liability.
The photographs presented on our website are not contractual.
Variations may occur between the time of booking and the day of occupancy.
If the customer fails to comply with any of the above rules and conditions, La Maison Indigo reserves the right to ask the customer to leave the accommodation without any form of compensation being required.
