The reservation request implies the acceptance of the present provisions and their full acceptance.



Reservation and payment


  • The prices related to the reservation are mentioned in the rates tab. They are confirmed to the customer in Euros, taxes of stay included. 


  • In order to proceed with your reservation, we will please send us an email to mentioning :

And, because you are not a room number and we prefer to work with human relations, a brief message indicating the context of your visit.


  • The tenant must inform La Maison Indigo of the number of persons concerned by the reservation including babies under 2 years (even if their stay is free). Only the persons indicated in the same reservation will be able to enter the accommodation, unless a prior validation of The Indigo House.


  • Pets are welcome at La Maison Indigo only under the supervision of their master.
    Their arrival must be indicated when booking your stay. 


  • Included in the price are the tourist tax, the charges (water, electricity, heating) and household linen (sheets), towels, tea towels).


  • If you wish to benefit from the parking option (10€/24h) and in order to ensure its availability, it is strongly recommended to We recommend that you ask for it at the time of your reservation.



  • Your reservation will only be guaranteed upon receipt of the payment:


  • a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay for a reservation more than 14 days before the 1st day of rental (the balance is due at the end of the pay at the latest 14 days before your stay)
  • of the total payment for a reservation less than 14 days from the 1st day of rental


The payment must be made in Euros by Paypal transfer, cash or bank transfer bank (Rib on request).

  • The reservation will be confirmed by email with the details of the cost, our contact information, the outstanding balance and the arrival and departure instructions.



Conditions cancellation policy


  • Full refund in case of cancellation until 30 days before the arrival date. 


Reimbursement 50 % in case of cancellation made at least 7 days before the arrival date. 


No refund in case of cancellation made less than 7 days before the date of arrival.


(In order to to be pleasant for you, in case of re-rental on the cancelled dates, we will be may be able to compensate you for a portion of your payment that was collected without however, nothing is required of you).



  • Any request for cancellation or modification must be made by e-mail. Cancellations or modifications by telephone are not accepted.


  • Any change of dates will be considered as a reservation and will be subject to the cancellation procedures standards.


  • In case of interruption of the stay, early departure or of no-show, no refund can be demanded from the Indigo House. 



Your stay at La Maison Indigo


Our The small building is family owned, we live there peacefully (and happily!), in trust and respect for each other. You are welcome to join us!


  • Staying most of the time in the ground floor of La Maison Indigo, I will listen to your expectations to enchant your stay and will be happy to advise you (by welcoming you at your arrival or at the phone in case of absence) but I will also respect your desire of total intimacy.


  • Your accommodation will be made available to you from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated, keys left inside, by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

The rules of La Maison Indigo
